Federal Criminal Search Automation
In addition to county and statewide criminal search automation, our new EZyScan product offers the most advanced and highest quality federal pacer record search automation in the industry. We offer federal automation in 2 service levels and support district, statewide, and national search options.
Standard - Our standard federal automation searches the PACER system in real time to obtain the most up to date information. It returns all possible record details available on the on-line docket summary pages including identifiers where available in a very structured and easy to read format. This is more than any federal automation provider offers today.
Premium - Our premium federal automation includes standard plus it goes even further to extract more identifiers and help you quickly isolate and match relevant cases. It evaluates full case sentencing and searches the FBOP site where applicable to return matched records to assess if cases can be ruled out. Results of the matching FBOP records with available identifiers are returned for internal reference. The automation also reads the judgment and indictment attachments only when necessary to extract even more identifiers (additional pacer attachments can be processed upon request). Everything is automated in one clean pass with an audit trail of exactly what was processed and a citing of the sources of identifiers found ready for your final review. The automation flow and rules can even be customized to your internal verification process.
Both federal automation service levels include PACER fee cost control options and delivery of the pacer fees incurred per order so your costs can be tracked accurately and your clients invoiced properly. Any downloaded attachments are available for delivery and re-use for compliance.
National Sex Offender Search Automation (NSOPW)
The EZyScan NSOPW product searches the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website in real time when the order is placed to obtain the latest sex offender registry records from the official public source. It obtains all information from the primary index page and then goes further to drill into the underlying State or Tribe level SOR site to extract all available details, identifiers, and the photo. In the event the NSOPW index responds with an error connecting to a statewide SOR, our service automatically fails over to search that state level SOR directly to retrieve the information and complete the order. There is no delayed response or risk of an incomplete response. We also offer single Statewide SOR search automation orders.
